Based on the packing list and the Bill of Lading (B/L), we prepare the customs application for your import. Once customs clearance is granted, we will inform you where you can pick up your goods upon presentation of the B/L. Alternatively, we are happy to deliver the goods directly to your door. Additionally, you will receive detailed information about any costs that must be paid before the shipment is released. If you are importing a full container, the process remains the same. After customs clearance, we can unload the container at our warehouse and either deliver the goods to you or have them ready for pickup. Alternatively, we can deliver the full container to you, and you can handle the unloading yourself. Based on the packing list, we prepare the customs application for export. Once customs clearance is granted, we can pick up your shipment and transport it to our warehouse. Alternatively, you are welcome to deliver your goods to our warehouse yourself. At our facility, the goods are consolidated with other shipments headed for the same destination and loaded into a container. After the container is loaded onto the vessel, we will provide you with the shipping document (Bill of Lading, or B/L). At the same time, our partners at the receiving port will receive a copy of the packing list and B/L from us. Our partners will contact you directly to inform you of when and where you can pick up your goods upon presentation of the B/L. Alternatively, they can deliver the goods directly to your door. You will also receive detailed information about any charges that need to be paid before the shipment is released. If you require a full container, the process remains the same. After customs clearance, we can pick up the goods from you and load them properly for maritime transport. Alternatively, we can provide you with an empty container for you to load yourself.
